Why Balanced Mum exists
I started Balanced Mum because every money blog I found seemed to be written for someone with no kids, loads of time, and a brain that worked before 9am. The advice was fine in theory, but I'd read it thinking, yeah, but when exactly? This is for the rest of us. The ones checking the account balance on a Tuesday with a vague sense of dread. The ones who want to do better but don't know where to start. That's what this whole site is about.
